Shipping policy

Our online orders are prepared by our dedicated small team Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Most orders are processed for shipment within 4–5 business days, unless a different timeframe is specified in the product description.

To provide a smoother shopping experience for our American customers, orders being shipped to addresses within the United States will be fulfilled from our U.S. distribution center, with duties and taxes covered accordingly.

Due to inventory availability, processing times may occasionally take longer. Please allow up to 15 business days for your order to be shipped.
